How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

Domestic orders shipped in the US are handled by United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Please note, shipping carriers are based on location, purchase total, and order items. ShuEsq shipping rates are as follows:

· Ground shipping via USPS/UPS/FedEx (3-5 business days): $7.99.

· Express shipping via USPS/UPS/FedEx (2-3 business days): $15.00.

· Next day air via USPS/UPS/FedEx: $30.00.

· All orders over $75.00 qualify for free ground shipping.

Please also note that some packages may require a signature, and may not be delivered if no one is present at the time of delivery. ShuEsq cannot be responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions. ShuEsq cannot guarantee delivery dates for ground shipping as the delivery dates are estimates only.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  All orders that comply with our return and exchange policy may be mailed to:

I received the wrong product.
  If you have received the wrong item, please email orders@shuesq.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What is your return policy?
 

Unfortunately, ShuEsq does not accept any items that are not in its original packaging and have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Unworn shoes accompanied by a receipt returned within 10 days of delivery date and the reason for the return will receive a full refund minus the restock and processing fee.

Unworn shoes accompanied by a receipt returned within 11-30 days of delivery date and a reason for the return may exchange the item for equal value or receive store credit that can only be used at www.shuesq.com

All FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE footwear cannot be returned or exchanged and customer cannot receive store credit.

ShuEsq reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if the returned items do not comply with our Return Policy.

Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please be advised that ShuEsq will not be responsible for any return cost.

We ask that you keep a copy of your postage receipt in the event that your returned item is lost, failure to do so, may result in our refusal to issue a refund or exchange.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email proof of the damages to orders@shuesq.com prior to returning the item.

Once your returned item has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to purchase the item.

All refunds will be issued 5-10 business days after the returned items have been received.

When will my order ship?
  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.

You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please note that orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

If you selected the ground shipping option, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days of receiving the shipping notification email.

If you selected the express shipping option, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days of receiving the shipping notification email.

If you selected the express shipping option, your order should arrive within the next business day of receiving the shipping notification email.
